Tired of burnout, overwhelm, and masking? Let’s make room for something better.
Schedule a free video callIf you’re a high-achieving millennial who seems like they have it all together, but secretly feels like a chaotic mess, you’re not alone. I see the overwhelm, imposter syndrome, racing thoughts, and executive function struggles that keep you stuck in shame. I get it.
I work with clients who are anxious, neurodivergent, or both. Many of my clients didn’t realize they were neurodivergent until adulthood. They only discovered it after years of burnout, misdiagnoses, or coping strategies that never seemed to work.
If you’re wondering whether there’s a better way to exist and thrive in a world that wasn’t built for your brain, there is.

→ You feel successful at work, but you deal with impostor syndrome and a huge amount of pressure to succeed
→ You’ve been pushing through anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm for a long time – and you view them as regular parts of the job, not signs to take care of yourself.
→ You feel ashamed for struggling.
→ You hold yourself to extremely high standards, then blame yourself if you don’t achieve those standards.
→ You’re constantly worried about a long list of "shoulds” in your life.
→ You overthink about what happened in the day and run through scenarios on how you could have done something differently.
→ Even when you’re putting in maximum effort, life still feels harder than it should.
→ It feels like your brain wasn’t quite built for the world you live in.
Whether you’re looking for therapy to manage anxiety, support for living with ADHD, guidance around old conditioned behaviors like perfectionism and people-pleasing, or coaching to build executive function tools that actually stick, I’m here to help.
My practice is dedicated to helping you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll find a way forward that doesn’t involve burnout, self-blame, or pretending everything’s fine.
Why I work with millennials
I work with professional millennials because I’m a millennial myself, and I’ve felt the pressures and anxieties of living with neurodivergence. The struggles that millennials face are different from the struggles of our parents, grandparents, and younger generations.
I know what it’s like to feel anxious because of the overwhelming responsibilities that come with being in a demanding career and struggling with adulting outside of work. I’m here with you every step of the way on your journey to overcome your own anxiety, challenges with neurodivergence, and stress.
My therapeutic approach
I’m not here to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. You’ve likely gotten the message throughout your life that you’re just not enough – not good enough, not attentive enough, not focused enough, not organized enough – and those messages can impact your self-worth and beliefs. The truth is, society wasn’t designed for neurodivergence. But you can learn how to work with your unique strengths and manage your challenges.
When we work together, it’s my goal for you to stop needing ADHD therapy or therapy for anxiety or autism anymore.
→ I’ll help you figure out how to improve executive functioning skills, find better balance in your career and in life, and work with your neurodivergence instead of fighting it.
→ We’ll work on coping mechanisms and different tools that help you manage your anxiety and get regulated when things escalate.
→ We’ll talk about your past experiences and the beliefs that impact your everyday life, cultivate self-compassion, and expand the way you think about yourself.
No matter what you’re dealing with, I’ll help you make sense of what’s keeping you anxious and stuck. Together, we’ll work toward finding steadier ground by letting go of the thoughts that keep pulling you under.

You’re used to keeping it together. But under the surface, a constant stream of anxiety keeps you on high alert. You overthink every decision, replay every mistake, and always feel like you’re not doing enough (even when you’re doing everything.)
Anxiety therapy is right for you if you struggle with:
→ Chronic stress and burnout
→ Perfectionism and imposter syndrome
→ People-pleasing and boundary issues
→ Trouble sleeping or shutting off your brain

ADHD isn’t just trouble focusing. It’s overwhelm, time blindness, disorganization, shame, and always feeling behind. I work with millennial adults with ADHD who are tired of masking, burning out, and feeling “lazy” or “scattered.” ADHD therapy might be right for you if you live in Idaho, Iowa, Florida, or South Carolina.
These are common struggles I help with:
→ Executive dysfunction and time management
→ Emotional dysregulation and sensitivity
→ Career stress and imposter syndrome
→ Perfectionism and people-pleasing

Common topics we explore:
→ Late diagnosis or self-discovery
→ Burnout, shutdowns, and sensory overload
→ Masking and internalized ableism
→ Navigating work and relationships as an autistic person

It’s my job to make therapy a safe, validating, and soothing process for you every session. You’ll have to put in the work to make changes and heal, but I’ll be right there with you.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, or all of the above, I’m here to help. Let’s get to know each other and see if working together feels like the right fit.
