Why I work with millennials

I work with professional millennials because I’m a millennial and I’ve felt the pressure of a highly demanding job.  The struggles that millennials face are different from the struggles of our parents and grandparents.  I know what it’s like to feel anxious because of the overwhelming responsibilities that come with being in a demanding career as well as adulting outside of work. I’m a millennial and a therapist, which means I’m here with you every step of the way as you journey to overcome your own anxiety and stress.

My therapeutic approach

During sessions, it’s my goal for you to not need anxiety therapy anymore. We’ll work on coping mechanisms and different tools that help you manage your anxiety and calm yourself when things escalate. We’ll also discuss your past experiences and mindset that impact your anxiety as I teach you to let go of thoughts that hold you back and make you more anxious.

Danielle is phenomenal. She is honest, encouraging, and persistent.
